   2. Expedite railcar movements of critical product shipments
   3. Re-route and divert railcars at the direction of the shipper
   4. Provide detailed follow-through to insure performance
   5. Forecast inbound empty railcar supply
   6. Monitor outbound loaded railcars for shipment transit time exceptions
   7. Provide notification of jeopardized shipments and the corrective action executed
   8. Provide surveillance of available data sources to detect and correct inaccurate information
2. Daily Performance Reporting
   1. Generate daily reports and analysis to meet specific client requirements
   2. Provide ad hoc reporting to managers, shipping points and sales administrators
   3. Provide monthly analysis of carrier performance
3. Periodic Performance Review
   1. Develop and generate rail shipment management performance metrics
   2. Coordinate and schedule periodic reviews to meet the specific requirements of the client
   3. Provide follow-up on action plans generated at prior performance reviews
